1. Download the Tool
One zip, from the Download page. No account required to download it.
2. Put Your Whole Website in One Folder
Everything — pages, images, the works — in a single folder
on your computer or server. yourwebsite/ with
index.php, photo.jpg, style.css and all the rest.
3. Run It
php mysoftware.php "yourwebsite" "yourwebsite-spanish" "es"
Input folder, output folder, language code. That's the whole command.
4. Paste Your AI API Key (Once)
First run, it asks for your AI API key. Paste it in. The tool sends one tiny test request with it — if AI accepts it, you're verified and it continues automatically.
Don't have a key yet? The tool shows you exactly where to get one: console.AI.com → API Keys → Create Key, then add a few dollars of credit. Takes about five minutes, one time only.
The tool saves your key locally — encrypted, on your own machine — so you do step 4 once, ever. Not per run, not per language.
5. It Does the Work
It extracts every translatable piece of text from your whole
site, sends it through your key, and writes the result into the new
folder — yourwebsite-spanish/ — with the exact same
structure as the original. Your original folder is never
touched.
6. Upload or Point a Subdomain
Upload the new folder to your server, or point a subdomain at it (es.yoursite.com). Done.
7. Another Language?
Run the same command again with a different code — "fr", "de", "ja" — using the key you already saved. No new signup, no new setup.
